I like the idea of using Google Forms for keeping a record for passes and student reporting. I'll have to try it out in my class. I teach at a high school level, and I find using Forms for formal/final assessments is tough due to cheating. Students can easily open a different tab to search for answers. I find it chaotic in a class of 30+ students to keep track of this. Unless I could freeze the rest of the tabs to prevent students from cheating, I find it tough to seriously assess using Forms. If anyone has a solution for this, I'd love to hear it! Thanks!

I'd love to know more about using Google Gorms for the confidential reporting. What the form looks like and how students access it? I'm a middle school EBD teacher and I think this would be great!
